Volkswagen has made a commitment to build one million electric vehicles per year by 2025, and to do so, they introduced a lineup of I.D. concept cars which will start their release in late 2020. The Volkswagen Van is one of the most iconic vehicles in American history. Originally debuting in 1950, the Volkswagen Van made its way to the states and become a cultural icon in the 1960’s. The original Volkswagen Van has transformed into a more commercial van, and people longed for the original Volkswagen Van design to come back. Luckily, Volkswagen heard the pleas, and now the Volkswagen Bus is making an electric comeback. However, the new and improved Volkswagen Van, currently called the I.D. Buzz, will be all electric.
