Three trim levels are available for the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI, including S, 35th Anniversary and Autobahn. Found under the hood of all three trims is a turbocharged, four-cylinder, 2.0-liter engine (228 horsepower, 258 pound-feet of torque) paired with either a six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Drivers can expect to find far more safety systems and features in the 2019 Jetta GLI than in previous versions, too. Standard safety features include a pre-collision safety system, emergency braking assistance, dual front side-mounted airbags, front and rear head airbags and stability control.

The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has a cargo capacity of 14.1 cubic feet and an interior volume of 108.8 cubic feet. Compared to other vehicles in the segment, this sedan’s trunk is larger than most. This sedan also includes door bins and a central storage compartment in the front armrest.

An infotainment system with a 6.5-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, an audio system with six speakers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, automatic wipers, LED lighting and keyless entry with push-button start all come standard in this sedan.
